We provide pre-professional training, direct mentorship, and structured pathways from the secondary-school stage to the professional performing arts world. We develop and license arts programs — including The Glamies Program™ — and we plan, produce, and manage events of every type.

Addie founded Creative Stages to bring Broadway and industry professionals directly to students across Virginia, Maryland, and DC — building a network of working artist-mentors, college admissions reps, and industry sponsors, and producing the live events that connect students to their next opportunity.
